HOTEL LOBBY CHALLENGE TOOLS

What to check in any tool

Can it keep two separate reference identities? Can it output portrait 9:16? Does it accept a reference video, or only images? How much control do you have over movement? What are the current price, watermark, resolution, processing time, and rules for uploaded faces? Test a short low-cost clip before committing to a final one.

If you want more creative distance from the original performance, start with an original prompt and an original set instead of a direct face-swap template.
